Our vision is one of being able to offer affordable IT and computer solutions to the general home user and small business.
We feel the need to challenge industry trends and provide a service at a reasonable price to the consumer and question the reasoning behind inflated prices for both service and equipment.
The technology market has shown a great deal of price discounting due to aggressive competition between rival companies, supply has been well ahead of demand on most items and with more companies producing quality products; diversity has also assisted.
But have the discounts been passed on to the consumer?
To a certain extent, yes. There has been a considerable drop in the price of notebooks, general-use desktop computers, peripherals and components, but within the service and supply industry we find there hasn’t been the same reflection.
This is what we are here to challenge!
