What area do you service?
We currently offer our services to Melbourne's Western Suburbs, but through Remote Access we may still be able to assist you. Feel free to get in contact with us to help resolve your issue.
Who is your service available to?
Our services are focused towards the general home user and small business, offering everything from new computers & upgrades and general PC repair to website development and office solutions.
What times are you available?
We operate betweeen 9am - 6pm 7 days a week, but if special circumstances arise we may be able to offer an alternative time to suit your needs. Use our online request form to log your requirements and we'll contact you as soon as possible.
How much does it cost?
Our current rates are $55 for the first 2 hours and $55 per hour thereafter with a $30 call-out fee. Make sure you take advantage of our online specials for even more savings!
How long does it take to remove a virus or fix a PC?
Every PC issue is different due to the different parts and software that make a PC unique. Most virus/spyware cleans generally take 1 hour and most general PC issues can be resolved within 2 hours. When getting in contact us please provide us with as much detail as possible and we will give an estimate on the length of repair.
What is the best way to get in contact with you?
Our online request form is usually the best way to get in contact with us. Provide as much detail about the system and issue as possible and we will get in contact with you for details. If your matter is urgent please feel free to call.
Can I drop off my PC for repairs?
Most issues can be resolved at your residence or place of business and are usually fixed in under 2 hours, but if you feel more comfortable dropping it off feel free to contact us or if you like we can organise it to be picked up. We guarantee that you will only be charged for the time spent working on your PC and we will contact you in regards to any possibility of major repairs before we go ahead.
