Systems and components are sourced from a variety of suppliers to ensure we get the best possible price and pass on the savings to the client. Unless by request of the client or due to the age of the system a second-hand part is required, then the customer will be notified of details pertaining to such a circumstance.
When a written quote is required, clients have 7 days to accept. In the event that a component or item within the quote cannot be sourced, a like item of similar performance or characteristics will be substituted and will be covered in the quoted price. In the event a like item cannot be sourced, the client will be notified and options given.
